  1. Small Women-Only Training Sessions
Train in a supportive women-only environment with only 6 women max so you still get personal attention guidance and accountability during every workout.

We’re intentionally starting with one focused session every Monday, June 15 at 7 PM, so everyone can build consistency and feel comfortable with the workouts properly.
2. Strength Training + Fat Loss
The workouts are focused on building strength losing fat improving energy and creating healthy habits in a way that feels sustainable supportive and beginner-friendly.

Your first trial class is $25 so you can experience the environment workouts and coaching style before committing.
3. Nutrition Guidance + Accountability
You’ll also receive nutrition guidance support and accountability outside the workouts so the goal is not just attending classes but actually helping you see real results.

If you enjoy the class and decide to continue the monthly membership is $80/month which includes 4 women-only group sessions plus ongoing guidance and support 👍
